Catena 105 Roll Laminator with Rewind kit & Stand Features
- New Safety Shield: The new safety shield magnetically locks into place and is much easier to
remove for webbing and un-webbing. The interlock switch for the new shield allows the unit to meet all safety regulations.
- IR Heat Sensor: The IR heat sensor was implemented to give the machine instant heat loss detection for quicker recovery times. An infrared light beam, located in the middle of roller where the product is run, detects actual heat loss due to product thickness, amount of ink lay-down and color density.
- The new sensor is NOT affected by ambient room temperature.Therefore, there are no fluctuation problems when calibrating the Main PC Control Board.This insures that all the machines are calibrated the same way and perform identically right out of the box.
- New Main PC Board:The redesigned main control board ramps up power to the heaters as heat
loss is detected, then ramps down the power when the set temperature is achieved. This process also prevents temperature overshoot.
- New Profile:The sleek new profile and feel of the Catena was designed to match the Spartan
pouch/board machine, rounding out the family of low-end Desk Top Finishing Systems.
